The space

You’ll have a private entrance to this cozy upstairs home, tucked away for extra quiet and privacy. After stepping inside, a short staircase leads to your comfortable living space above street level. (Stairs are required and may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns.)

Designed for easy, relaxing stays, the home is perfect for tournament weekends, weddings, or Miami University visits. Walk to Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill, downtown coffee shops, restaurants, and the DORA district.

Inside, you’ll find comfy beds, soft blankets, and a welcoming living room for movie nights or game time. The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, tea, and little extras, plus snacks waiting for you when you arrive. Fast WiFi, smart TVs, a workspace, and in-unit laundry make longer stays simple.

Guest access

Plenty of on-street parking in front of the house. There is one off-street parking spot in the back off of the alley.

Additional notes

This house is a DUPLEX. You will be in the UPSTAIRS unit and have it all to yourself. Once inside you will have to climb 11 steps. There are 7 steps up from the street, as well. If you have trouble with stairs this is probably not the space for you. :)

I live in town so I'm only a few minutes away if needed for anything. If there's anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable or you need a recommendation for places to visit please let me know. Guests will check themselves in as we have keyless entry.

Neighborhood overview

We are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the DORA district. Walk or drive over the Main St. Bridge and experience an outdoor concert at RiversEdge at Marcum Park or walk the Great Miami River Bike Trail. Visit Pyramid Hill and rent a golf cart and drive through 300+ acres of sculptures. Book a tee time at one of our 2 golf courses. We are close to many wedding venues and the Hamilton Bridal District; come for the wedding and stay for the fun! Visit a winery or take in a movie at an old-time drive-in theater! We are only 45 minutes north of Cincinnati so you can take in a Reds or Bengals game while you’re in town. We are also a short drive to Oxford (Miami U), Mason and King's Island Amusement Park, the Donut Trail and Cincinnati Premium Outlet Mall.

Getting around

You are able to walk to many places in the downtown area. Or drive your car uptown to the grocery stores and chain restaurants. Or download the BCTRA BGo app for bus service around town.

House Rules

- There are 11 stairs to this upper unit. There are also stairs from the parking
areas. If you have mobility issues this is not the unit for you.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am because we have lovely long-term tenants in
the lower unit.
- No parties.
- No pets.
- No smoking of any kind in the unit.
- Please remember to lock the door as you come and go.
- Check-out time is 11am.
- Final payment is due 14 days prior to visit. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if not paid, Please reach out if there is a problem.
