Whether you are in town to visit your student at Miami U, attend a wedding or a tournament at Spooky Nook we'd love to host you! Our cozy 2-bedroom duplex is located in thriving downtown Hamilton. After a fun day visiting your student or a great win at Spooky Nook, come explore the city for dinner and drinks. We have been called "cozy", "thoughtful" and "charming". We are within walking distance of many restaurants and very close to the DORA district. Off-street parking and in-unit laundry!

The space

**There are 11 steps up to the unit and steps from the parking area. Unfortunately NOT ADA accessible**

The main bedroom features a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress with extra blankets and firm and soft pillows.
Luggage rack, hangers and chest of drawers for your clothes
and a 32" Roku TV.

The second bedroom features a twin bed with a twin trundle and extra blankets

You also get a 32" Roku TV to enjoy.

Spend your time in the living area which has seating for 4. The area is cozy whether you are gathering around your favorite game, chatting the night away, or watching your favorite movie on our 55" Roku TV.

Curl up with our super soft blankets and enjoy the snacks we leave for you!

The fully equipped kitchen has all the regular amenities and features a Keurig Duo with all the extras you'll need for a great cup of coffee.

We also have an original tea blend made especially for Robin's Nest guests that you'll love!

Don't worry about simple stuff like EVOO, salt & pepper or even ketchup and mustard - we've got that too!

Shhhhh.... we also have a simple breakfast to get you through your first morning :)

We have an office area with high-speed WiFi
In-unit washer/dryer with enough supplies for 3 loads.
Bathroom with tub/shower, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hairdryer and super comfy towels.

We've tried to think of everything you'll need to feel restful and at home during your visit to Hamilton!

Guest access

Plenty of on-street parking in front of the house. There is one off-street parking spot in the back off of the alley.

Additional notes

This house is a DUPLEX. You will be in the UPSTAIRS unit and have it all to yourself. Once inside you will have to climb 11 steps. There are 7 steps up from the street, as well. If you have trouble with stairs this is probably not the space for you. :)

I live in town so I'm only a few minutes away if needed for anything. If there's anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable or you need a recommendation for places to visit please let me know. Guests will check themselves in as we have keyless entry.

Neighborhood overview

We are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the DORA district. Walk or drive over the Main St. Bridge and experience an outdoor concert at RiversEdge at Marcum Park or walk the Great Miami River Bike Trail. Visit Pyramid Hill and rent a golf cart and drive through 300+ acres of sculptures. Book a tee time at one of our 2 golf courses. We are close to many wedding venues and the Hamilton Bridal District; come for the wedding and stay for the fun! Visit a winery or take in a movie at an old-time drive-in theater! We are only 45 minutes north of Cincinnati so you can take in a Reds or Bengals game while you’re in town. We are also a short drive to Oxford (Miami U), Mason and King's Island Amusement Park, the Donut Trail and Cincinnati Premium Outlet Mall.

Getting around

You are able to walk to many places in the downtown area. Or drive your car uptown to the grocery stores and chain restaurants. Or download the BCTRA BGo app for bus service around town.

House Rules

- There are 11 stairs to this upper unit. There are also stairs from the parking
areas. If you have mobility issues this is not the unit for you.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am because we have lovely long-term tenants in
the lower unit.
- No parties.
- No pets.
- No smoking of any kind in the unit.
- Please remember to lock the door as you come and go.
- Check-out time is 11am.
- Final payment is due 14 days prior to visit. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if not paid, Please reach out if there is a problem.
